For most of my 20s, Southern California was home, and two of those years were spent in the heart of Los Angeles—a city of both chaotic energy and undeniable beauty.
It’s hard to believe how much has happened to this incredible city in the last couple weeks. My heart has been heavy and I have felt a bit helpless. Now, from the opposite coast, I wanted to be able to support those I know who need immediate financial assistance.
This photo was taken of a canyon in LA for the 'Our City' photo exhibition, curated by Jason Lee. The collection showcased Los Angeles through the eyes of various film photographers, each capturing the essence of this beautiful historic city.
I titled it “Go Through It” and it now holds a deeper meaning for me. What once felt like just an image of the city has transformed into a symbol of both hardship and hope—standing in a valley but seeing a path forward, a reminder that we can make it through the toughest times, especially with help from our friends. I carry this hope for everyone affected by these wildfires.
For a limited time and in limited quantity, I am rereleasing these images in 11x14 printed in Los Angeles by Jason Lee, a true Angeleno himself. Each one is museum quality, an archival pigment print on Red River semigloss baryta fiber paper - signed and dated by me! You can expect your print to arrive within 5-6 weeks as they are made to order and hand fulfilled.
Purchases will be on a donation basis and 100% of proceeds go to families affected by the fires. It’s a small gesture, but a little can go a long way when we go through it together. THANK YOU.
